Before you buy
- What does “no daily cap” mean?
- On Pro, Tidyfollow doesn't stop you at 50 a day; you choose how many accounts to process and how fast. Instagram still has its own limits. Instagram limits how fast any account can follow and unfollow, and those limits aren't published. Tidyfollow paces itself and stops when Instagram pushes back, but no tool can promise you won't hit a temporary action block. You use it at your own risk.
- Can I cancel the monthly plan?
- Yes, any time, from the link in your receipt email or from the Manage plan page. Pro keeps working until the end of the month you paid for.
- What if it isn’t for me?
- Email [email protected] within 7 days of paying and we’ll refund you.
- How many browsers can I use it on?
- One licence key works in one browser at a time. You can move it to another browser whenever you like.
- Who handles the payment?
- Freemius, our payment processor and merchant of record. They handle your card details and send the receipt; we never see your card.
