Chrome extension · works with Instagram
Tidyfollow finds the accounts that don’t follow you back on your own Instagram account and unfollows them in bulk, at a pace you choose. It also shows who unfollowed you and who’s new.
How it works
Log in to instagram.com as you normally would, then click the Tidyfollow icon. It works with the account you're already signed in to.
Tidyfollow reads who you follow and who follows you, then sorts out the accounts that don't follow you back.
Tick the accounts to keep, then unfollow the rest at a pace you choose. You can stop at any time.
Everything works on your own account, inside your own browser.
A full list of accounts you follow that don’t follow you, with names and photos so you can decide quickly.
Pick the accounts, set the speed, and let it work through the list with a pause between each one.
Each scan is compared with the last one, so you can see who stopped following you since then.
Spot the people who followed you most recently, without scrolling through your whole list.
See people who follow you that you don’t follow yet, and follow back the ones you want to.
Protect accounts you never want touched, and download your results as a spreadsheet.
The scan is free. Pro is for bigger clean-ups and keeping track over time.

Instagram limits how fast any account can follow and unfollow, and those limits aren't published. Tidyfollow paces itself and stops when Instagram pushes back, but no tool can promise you won't hit a temporary action block. You use it at your own risk.
Start slowly, especially if your account is new, and spread a big clean-up over a few days.
