Manage your Pro plan

Payments, receipts and licence keys are handled by Freemius, our payment processor. Sign in to their customer portal with the email you paid with.

Cancel the monthly plan

Sign in at users.freemius.com, open your Tidyfollow subscription and choose Cancel. You can also use the cancel link in any receipt email.

Pro keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.

It's in your receipt email from Freemius, and listed under your licences at users.freemius.com.

One licence key works in one browser at a time.

In the old browser, open Tidyfollow → Pro and deactivate the key (or just uninstall Tidyfollow there).
In the new browser, install Tidyfollow, open instagram.com, click the Tidyfollow icon, and go to Pro → Activate.
Paste the same key.

If the old browser is gone and the key says it's already in use, email [email protected] and we'll free it up.

Email [email protected] within 7 days of paying for a refund. For anything else, the same address reaches a person.
