Manage your Pro plan.

Payments, receipts and licence keys are handled by Freemius, our payment processor. Sign in to their customer portal with the email you paid with.

Cancel the monthly plan

Sign in at users.freemius.com, open your HeaderLock subscription and choose Cancel. You can also use the cancel link in any receipt email.

Pro keeps working until the end of the month you've already paid for. You won't be charged again.

It's in your receipt email from Freemius, and listed under your licences at users.freemius.com.

One licence key works in one browser at a time.

In the old browser, open HeaderLock's settings (the sliders icon in the popup), go to Licence and choose Remove key from this browser (or uninstall HeaderLock there).
In the new browser, install HeaderLock and open its settings the same way.
Under Licence, paste the same key and press Activate.

If the new browser says the key is already in use, email [email protected] and we'll free it up.
