Send a message
Start a conversation with Claude. The usage gauge appears automatically next to the model selector after your first message.
Track your limits live
Watch your session and weekly usage update in real time via the sidebar widget. Alerts fire at 80% and 100% of your session limit.
Export your chats
Click "Download Chat" in the sidebar or popup. Choose Markdown or JSON — artifacts are bundled automatically into a ZIP.

- Usage data reflects what Claude.ai reports via its internal API. If Anthropic changes their API, data may temporarily be unavailable until the extension is updated.
- Currently available for Chrome only — Firefox, Edge, and Safari are not supported.
- The extension tracks claude.ai usage only. Direct API usage via api.anthropic.com is not measured.
- Conversations must be open in the tab to export — deleted or archived chats cannot be recovered.
