## How it works.

1. 1
### Open the chat
Go to the DM, channel or server you want to clean on discord.com.
2. 2
### Count first
Click the icon, pick a date range, and see how many of your messages are there before anything is deleted.
3. 3
### Delete and walk away
It works through them one at a time while you keep using Discord. Pause or stop whenever you like.

▸ Safe mode, always on

## Slow on purpose.

Accounts get locked when tools hammer Discord. Discord Message Deleter never offers a faster mode, on any plan. About 1,500 messages an hour, while you carry on using Discord.

- One request at a time, with human-like gaps of 1 to 2 seconds
- Waits as long as Discord asks when it says slow down, then stays slower
- Regular breaks on long runs
- Stops at once if Discord signs you out
- Only ever touches messages you sent

### Private by design

Runs in your Discord tab. Your messages and login never reach us. No analytics in the extension.

### Only your messages

Checks every message is yours before deleting. Other people’s messages are never touched.

### Count before you commit

See exactly how many messages match, and how long it will take, before anything is deleted.

## Questions.

How do I delete all my Discord messages at once?

Install Discord Message Deleter, open the DM or channel on discord.com, click the icon and press Find my messages. It counts them, you confirm, and it deletes them one by one at a safe pace. Pro does a whole server or every DM in one run.

Is it safe for my account?

Discord’s terms don’t allow automating a personal account, and Discord does sometimes lock accounts that send requests too fast. Discord Message Deleter is deliberately slow and backs off whenever Discord asks, which lowers the risk. It can’t make it zero, so don’t use an account you can’t afford to lose.

Do I need to paste a token or run a script?

No. It works inside the Discord tab you are already signed in to. There is nothing to paste into the console, and your login never leaves the page.

Can it delete other people’s messages?

No. Only messages you sent. Everyone else’s messages stay exactly as they are.

Is it free?

Yes: 500 deletions a day, one chat at a time, with a date range. Pro ($9.99 once, or $4.99 a month) removes the limit and adds whole-server and all-DM runs, keyword and files-only filters, and resume.

Can I get deleted messages back?

No. Deleting on Discord is permanent, for everyone. Export a chat first if you might want it.

Is this made by Discord?

No. Discord Message Deleter is an independent tool by Tailsgate and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Discord Inc. Questions: support@tailsgate.com.
